I've had this image in my head for months and finally had to get it out. I came up with it when thinking about how slim the chances are of celebrities finding their soul mates.

The flowing figure is Bill's soulmate. She's with him in his 'glass box,' surrounded by his desperate fans, a comforting ally. He can be real with her -he's showing her the face he's shielding from everyone else.
But he can't see her face because her face could be anybody's. She can't speak because her voice could be anybody's. And in the end, she's just a ghost because he can't trust anyone he meets enough to give his soul mate a face, to make her solid and warm and real. So in the end, he's still alone.

This makes me seem really pessimistic I think, but this is Bill's reality right now (or probably close). Actually, it's a lonely reality he shares with a lot of people - famous and not famous.

And yet, love happens. It does. May it happen for him and for us!
